18 months program
A 18 months, accelerated development program for Engineers only.

After the completion of the program, if you succeed in your role we aim to support you in finding a permanent role in the business.
Your time on VICTUS Graduate Program
Getting to know each other
We ’re known for our collaborative and supportive working culture, and we want you to feel at home from the start. So when you first arrive, you’ll be met by people who can share their personal experiences of our business and our culture – your personal support network during your time at VICTUS Networks.
Two weeks Induction
Once the introductions are over, your induction will begin. This will help you really get to know us. You ’ll explore the Company, meet key people from across the organization and start to get immersed in our culture.

Who will be in your support network?
Buddy: An allocated colleague will be there to give you first-hand advice over the next 18 months, as well handy tips on all the little things that matter – from the dress code to where you can get a good advice!
Mentor: An employee from the business with a wealth of VICTUS Network experience will be there to provide impartial guidance and support.
Manager: Your managers will look after you on your placements as well as throughout your program. They ’ll manage your day-to-day working experience and personal development.
Two weeks Front Line Experience Placement: Everything starts here
Creating amazing experiences in our First Line Operations!
Your time in VICTUS Graduate Program will start with a placement in the Front Line Environment in our Network Operations Center.
Are you ready to get the real insight from the field?
2 months Cross Function Placements
For the next two months you will work in different business placements, following the technical career stream in Network Deployment and Network Operations & Maintenance Divisions.
You will meet the key functions in technology Divisions in order to support you on your placement in Network Design & Engineering.
15 months Network Design & Engineering Placement
Your final placement in Network Design & Engineering will deepen your understanding on your area of expertise, setting you up for success and getting you prepared to tackle a full-time role after the graduate scheme.
You’ll be encouraged to actively participate in real projects and apply your skills & knowledge.
